And so it begins!

The Portland Hurling Club has begun recruiting for our 1st U16 teams for the 2011 season.  We are going to offer a sanctioned hurling club that will compete within the Northeast Division of the NACB.  Our 1st clinic had 16 boys and girls learning the basics and discovering this ancient and exciting game.  Our current plans call for monthly indoor clinics beginning in November 2010 with outdoor practices and tournaments in May 2011.  The CYC Nationals are in Boston this year and Portland will be there to represent proudly!
